Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Plan & Billing → Manage billing. It takes a few seconds and needs no email. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

The $7 trial

The $7 seven-day trial is a one-time, non-refundable charge for the trial period itself. If you cancel before day 8 you are never charged the monthly plan price. If you do not cancel, your plan starts billing on day 8 at the price shown when you signed up.

Monthly subscription refunds

• Within 7 days of a charge: if you have not used the service in that period, email us and we will refund that month in full.
• Accidental renewal: if you meant to cancel and were charged anyway, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
• Service failure: if a core feature is unavailable for an extended period, we will credit or refund the affected time.
• We do not refund because a campaign did not make money. Surgedeck is a tool and makes no earnings guarantee.

Traffic packages

Traffic packages are refundable in full before delivery starts. Once clicks begin delivering, we refund the pro-rata value of any undelivered clicks. Delivered clicks are not refundable, since we have already paid the vendor for them. Opt-in rate and sales are not grounds for a refund.

How to request

Email support@surgedeck.app from your account address with the charge date. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until it is settled.
